Place your order here. Flavors rotate each week, so check back for new flavors! The deadline to order is every Thursday at 8am.
Checkout
During checkout, select “Pickup” for local pickups here in Charlotte. Then, select the time you’d like to stop by!
PICK UP:
Pick up your order on Fridays at our new location 4402 Stuart Andrew Blvd, Charlotte NC 28217. We also offer pickup every other Saturday at The Matthews Community Farmers Market. Pickup instructions are sent via confirmation email.
SHIPPING:
Your order will be shipped the Friday after purchase and you will receive tracking information shortly after.
Frequently Asked Questions
How does Honeybear work?
Honeybear Bake Shop is an online cookie boutique. We are pre-order only. Ordering opens on Sunday afternoons and closes on the following Thursday for Friday pickup. Pickup will most likely be between the hours of 9 am-5 pm on Fridays but on some Fridays the hours may change.
Why are you seeing sold-out items?
Ordering for our cookies/cookie boxes is only available Sunday-Thursday. If you are seeing an item sold out it may be because our ordering is closed for the week. If an item is sold out during the ordering time it may just be sold out! Miss the ordering deadline? Check out our events page to see where we are at this weekend!
I placed my order but need to change my pick-up time? Is that possible?
Yes! As long you may pick up anytime during Friday pickup hours. Please check our Instagram for our pickup hours for the week. Weekly pickup hours change from week to week.
How long do the cookies last?
Our cookies stay fresh 3-5 days after date or purchase. You can give them a bit more life by refrigerating or freezing them! For both options, the best bet is to wrap them in plastic wrap or seal them in Tupperware.
Do your cookies contain nuts?
Some of our cookies contain nuts, please look at the cookie description on our website for ingredient information.
Can you ship?
We can ship our cookies nationwide. Cookies will be shipped the Friday of the order pickup that week. We will ship cookies via UPS. Once your cookies have been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking numbers. Honeybear Bake Shop will not be liable for UPS shipping delays.
Do you offer Vegan and or Gluten Free products?
Yes! We offer one gluten free and one gluten free/vegan option a week via our website. If you would like more of a selection Green Brothers Juice always sells a selection of our Vegan and Gluten Free cookie options at all 5 locations.
Can you cater to Large Events/Weddings?
Yes, we can cater to your large event/wedding. Please fill out our contact form and we will send you an email with pricing!
