Ube Monster

Y’all can thank Trader Joes for the cookie! They recently released A TON of UBE products! So I am taking our UBE cookie and swirling it with our vanilla cookie and adding the following; Ube Pretzels, Ube Shortbread Cookies and Ube Jo’ Jo’s! YUM!
