Back in the day I was a pastry chef at Big View Diner Bakery. I specialized and built a donut program there and the most popular was a donut called Cookie Monster. It was a vanilla bean glazed donut topped with cookie butter glaze, chocolate chip crumbles and chocolate drizzle! So here we are full circle and i’m turning that donut in a cookie! Vanilla Donut Cookie topped with a biscoff cookie butter glaze, chocolate chip cookie crumbles and chocolate drizzle. YUM!!!!
